temporary panyard closure

Metronomes has temporarily closed the panyard and suspended steelpan lessons and band rehearsals until further notice as a precautionary measure to help contain the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). We’re following the same policy as many arts organisations, which is based on the latest advice from Public Health England.

Metronomes is a family. We come together and support each other in times of difficulty. We know that this is an anxious time for people, but we are determined to support everybody in the Metronomes family, and we know you will all support each other.

Please follow the latest government advice to help save lives.

We have launched our Virtual Panyard – while our Meanwhile Gardens is temporarily closed – which you will be able to access on your computer / smartphone / tablet so that we can stay together and work together as a family and community.

Our Virtual Panyard, will have performances and activities for all ages to enjoy on Instagram and Facebook, as well as a community Pancast (podcast).

Keep looking at Virtual Panyard page for the latest news. We’ll also post details on Instagram and Facebook (click the icons at the top or bottom of the page).
